President 2015/2017 Jacqueline Manji of Ultra Luxe Linens: Founder & Principal of Ultra Luxe Linens, Jacqueline’s accomplished background in the design trade includes extensive work with textiles and linens. A design professional with more than 15 years of industry experience, Jacqueline is very active in the design community as an IDRC Boards of Directors, as well as a past teaching position at a prestigious design college. Jackie has been associated with IDRC for the past 10 years and is well qualified and ambitious to help reach IDRC's goals. Past President 2013/2015 Ana Pilling of Night & Day Window Decor: Ana is the co-founder of Night & Day Window décor and has been on the IRDC board for over 5 years. Her passion for design, fashion, and world travel has helped Ana develop a well-rounded vision of style. Formally trained in North America, Ana has a BASc from Ryerson and is a Certified Window Treatment Consultant from the WCAA. Since opening her first window covering showroom in the Beaches community in 2009, Ana has attended numerous industry conferences and enjoys keeping abreast of the latest & newest in fabrics and most innovative window covering products. As the current president, she looks forward to meeting and inspiring the next generation of interior decor professionals.

Dennis Mascall: In the Mid 70’s Dennis and a handful of wallpaper suppliers started CWDA - Canadian Wallcoverings Distributors Association. In 1991 when Dennis retired from active commercial involvement in the Decor Industry he incorporated the Association under a new name as WWFA – Walls Windows Furnishings Association and combined with the Floor Coverings Institute Ontario - FIO and PDRA - Paint & Decor Retailers Association, started IDS – Interior Decor Showcase, a 500+ Exhibitors Annual Event incorporating the whole Decor Industry. After 7 years a shift in focus was required to move forward he made a proposal to the Board to change the Association’s emphasis to the internet to become an active source for advertising, information and education for ALL INTERIOR DECOR PRODUCTS available to the Trade and Consumers. As Executive Vice President Dennis has remained responsible for IDRC activities and during this 30 + year period and has been complemented by able people and maintains an active personal interest now being managed daily by Executive Director Tatiana McNeil. dm@IDRCanada.org
Tatiana McNeil: After graduating from Russian University of Economics in Fashion Marketing & Management Tatiana has global experience of 10 years, from runway coordinator in Russia, visual merchandising in Australia, marketing, manufacturing, and event production of fashion cycles in The Netherlands & Belgium Tatiana moved to wallcovering distribution and as a decor buyer in North America there was a natural transformation to adjust a creative side of business sense into a career in the exciting and challenging industry of Interior Design & Decor. Since settling in Canada 20 years ago, Tatiana has subsequently been immersed over the past 15 years with IDRC’s very specific business needs and aspirations in the capacity of Secretary-Treasurer and Executive Director. Judit Gueth of Judit Gueth Design is a talented designer who graduated from Ontario College of Art & Design with an Associate Diploma in Illustration & A Bachelor of Design degree. Judit's experience includes creating graphics for web & print, and surfaces. In 2007 Judit expanded her creativity to a collection of beautiful One of a Kind hand-tufted and knotted rugs and wallpaper. IDRC is privileged to have such talent on board in the capacity of Graphic & Image Designer
